Advancing Diversity And Inclusion

Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. is committed to diversity and inclusion throughout our firm and in our communities.   We value diversity in all its aspects, including age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, national origin, disability, marital status, familial status and cultural background.   We believe that diversity provides our professional team with vital insights and wide range of perspectives that enhance our firm’s service to our clients.

A Spirit of Inclusion

GJB actively promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion in all our offices and practice areas.  We actively recruit professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, including women and under-represented minorities.  We strive to recognize individuals for their unique qualities, offer promotions based on performance, and create training and development opportunities to help our professional achieve career goals and reach their full potential. Women partners have leadership roles in our firm’s training and mentoring programs.

Work-Life Balance

We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between an individual’s professional and personal life. When appropriate, we offer flexible work schedules, a policy that can accommodate the needs of working parents.

Professional Leadership

We support involvement and leadership in professional organizations advancing women and minorities. One of our women partners is chairperson of the South Florida Chapter of the Women’s Franchise Network of the International Franchise Association, and another is chairperson for all Best Buddies Advisory Boards in the State of Florida.
