Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. Announces New Hire Attorney Joyce. A. Delgado Joins The Firm’s Fort Lauderdale Office
Miami, FL – October 22, 2019 – Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. is pleased to announce that Joyce A. Delgado has joined the firm as an associate in the Ft. Lauderdale office. Her areas of focus include commercial litigation, bankruptcy and white-collar litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Delgado was an associate attorney at Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy & Ford, P.A., where she represented clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including complex commercial and business disputes, product liability, insurance coverage and malpractice.

Delgado received her juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2017, and in 2014, she earned her bachelor of science in legal studies and international affairs, cum laude, from the University of Central Florida.
Delgado is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, the Bankruptcy Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Prior to attending law school, she served as a Legislative Scholar for the Florida House of Representatives during the 2013 session.
