Shareholder Spoke at the National Business Institute’s Seminar on “Collection Law From Start to Finish”
MIAMI, FL – January 18, 2008 – Allison R. Day, shareholder at Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A., a thirty attorney firm which focuses on insolvency and bankruptcy, commercial litigation and white collar litigation, served as a lecturer on “Collection Law From Start to Finish” at the National Business Institute’s seminar held on January 15, 2008 at the Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport Hotel in Dania, Florida. The program outlined information on how maximize recovery with practical solutions, while in compliance with strict legal and ethical requirements governing collections. The seminar addressed pre-suit collection strategies, the fair debt collection practices act, filing the lawsuit, developing definitive strategies, collection of the judgment and bankruptcy reform and its impact on debtors, creditors and the system.
