Members of the Firm:
Kenneth N.
Greenfield
A former member of the
law firm of Ault, Midlam & Deuprey, Mr. Greenfield received his Bachelor
of Arts degree in Psychology/Political Science from the University of Arizona in 1978. He received his
Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from California Western School of Law in 1982.
In 1981, Mr. Greenfield
was elected to serve as the Managing Editor of the California Western Law Review,
and shortly thereafter, published the following article: Curlender
v. Bio-Science Laboratories: California Grants A Cause of Action
In Wrongful Life To The Severely Defective Infant Plaintiff. 18 California Western Law Review 270 (1982).
Mr. Greenfield's primary
areas of practice are insurance coverage matters, insurance bad faith litigation,
first-party insurance appraisals, and general civil litigation in the areas
of commercial, construction defect and personal injury/product liability.
Mr. Greenfield is admitted
to practice law in all of the courts of the State of California as well as the
United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California.
Mr. Greenfield has been a member of both the California State Bar and
the San Diego County Bar Association since 1982, and is a current member of
the Southern California Defense Lawyers Association, as well as the San Diego
Defense Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the American Inns
of Court, and is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates
(ABOTA). In addition to being actively engaged in civil trial practice, Mr.
Greenfield also acts as an arbitrator for the San Diego County Superior Court.
Bethsaida C. Obra
Ms. Obra received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science, with Distinction, from San Diego State University in 2002. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Southwesten University School of Law in 2005.
Ms. Obra’s primary area of practice is civil litigation in the areas of first and third party insurance litigation and insurance bad faith.
Ms. Obra is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego Defense Lawyers Association.
Alexandra N. Selfridge
Ms. Selfridge received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at San Diego in 2002. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego in 2006.
Ms. Selfridge’s primary area of practice is civil litigation in the areas of first and third party insurance litigation and insurance bad faith.
Ms. Selfridge
is admitted to practice law in all of the courts of the State of California.
She is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego Defense Lawyers
Association.
